Return Policy

Productappreciation period

Inaccordance with the provisions of the consumer protection law, therewill be a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days includingholidays) from the time the product arrives in your hands.

Ifyou need to return the goods, please contact the customer servicestaff within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide "name","Order Number", "Contact Number", "Returnproduct Name", "Return reason and Photo" and otherinformation. The customer service staff will assist you in the returnand exchange after receiving the goods.

Return and exchangeinstructions

Thereturned goods must be sent without unpacking or defacement, ormalfunction caused by non-human defects, and the complete originalpackaging (including the outer packaging carton) must be retained,otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Returnscannot be accepted in the following cases

  1. There is a product appreciation period of more than seven days.

  2. The goods have been unpacked and used or damaged due to human factors, such as defacement, failure, damage, wear, and dirt.

  3. The slight creases on the outer packaging carton do not affect the quality of the product itself.

  4. The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are incomplete.

  5. Malicious or bulk returns.

  6. Those who apply for a return or refund due to personal factors, if they order the same product again next time, will not be able to request a return or refund again.

Creditcard payer: After confirming that the return is successful, thepayment will be refunded directly to the credit card account of theoriginal payment.

Cashon delivery: After confirming that the return is successful, therefund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
