The company's normaloperating hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 17:30 PMdaily (excluding holidays due to natural disasters and force factorssuch as national holidays). We will process and ship daily ordersduring working hours. The normal order delivery time is 1 to 3working days after the payment of the order is completed. In case ofconsecutive holidays, it will be postponed to the next working day.
Existing inventorygoods will be shipped in accordance with the above time. If the goodsare out of stock, it depends on the arrival date. If you need toapply for a refund, please follow the relevant procedures.
If the order containsmultiple items, mixed with stock and pre-ordered items, we will waitfor all items to arrive before we can process and send your ordertogether. You can also contact us to arrange separate delivery, butadditional shipping costs may be required (depending on thesituation).
